By accessing or using tweetbinder.com you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

Tweet Binder provides analytics, reporting and monitoring tools for X (Twitter) content.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice when material.

3. Accounts and billing

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled inside your account.
• Refunds are issued only when required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to circumvent rate limits, scraping the platform, infringing third-party rights, or using the service for unlawful, harassing or harmful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

All rights, title and interest in the service (excluding your content) belong to Audiense.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the amount paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
